Stop Buying From Amazon, how they cheated families and you out of billions.

Today I ask a favor, Stop Buying from Amazon.

Cellular phone accessory manufacturers, inventors, distributors, and retailers are almost all extinct. Once upon a time, people with families, entrepreneurs, and dreamers were able to supply the necessary accessories for handheld mobile phones and make a living.
Some of the greatest products we enjoy were designed and sold by hard working people that made a living doing so. Simple products like cases, sync cables, battery banks, car chargers, etc., the rise of this category was built on the backs of hard-working folks. Like me, most went from scaling a business, buying a home, caring for their children, and had a good life. Then came Amazon. To this day, tens of thousands are still suffering years after losing everything because Amazon got away with price fixing and cheating.
The three main ways Amazon killed and destroyed business are as follows:
  1. Their algorithms recognized what items were selling the best. Then they went to China and copied them, sold with the buy button, and the inventors that built that product/category had to fire all their employees and some lost everything including their homes.
  1. Amazon allowed and STILL DO, sellers to list counterfeits and cheap knockoffs of patented products. This is a fact and nobody except for Samsung knows how to STOP IT. Amazon loves sellers that list things below cost. Counterfeiters help them achieve the lowest price because they are cheaper to make. Thus, can sell below the cost of what the inventor or brand can offer the product at. Amazon claims to have zero control, they are only a sidewalk selling space for sellers to pawn off these items. If you own a brand and want to stop this unfair trade scam, then do what I was told Samsung did. Get a local Judge to issue a warrant. Then raid Amazon's distribution center, confiscate all your items, and destroy the counterfeits.
  1. Amazon sold items below the cost to make them. Their excuse, they sell at the price others list them at. For example: I received a remote control for Christmas, new in a box. I decided to sell it on my Amazon store for $5. Cost to make, $17. Distribution price, $28 (What Amazon paid for it). MSRP $39.95. Amazon then sells them for $4.99, under the lowest price. How do you expect companies like Toys ‘R’ Us to survive? Oh yeah, they didn’t.
One more reason to stop buying from Amazon, our planet needs a break. I saw a commercial of a “Happy Amazon Warehouse Worker” putting a heavy iron skillet into a box, then packing it with paper. Really? Can’t we just go down to the thrift or brick and mortar store and pick one up? The weight and cost and pollution to ship the pan to the distribution center, then to have a carrier deliver it to your home is a waste of energy and valuable resources.
Ask yourself this question; are you looking forward to leaving the planet a complete mess for future generations while they put iron skillets in boxes as the only job left? We as a people destroyed the most valuable way of life when settlers gentrified the Native Americans. For what? To follow what commercialized democracy forces us to and that is to rape, consumer, and allow Amazon to take over.
From a victim that lost everything. I cannot wait to share my story how Google PPC program stole $235,000.00 from me in 2007-2008.
